What is the computer? Why do you think that the drivers are not installed?
Does any USB hardware work? If not, be sure that USB services is turned ON
in the BIOS. How you do this depends on the computer brand.
Right click on My Computer and choose Properties. Click on the Hardware
tab and in the middle section, click on Device Manager.
Look for a Universal Serial Bus controllers section. Right click on them
and verify that they are not marked as Disabled.
A fairly easy way to address problems here is to right-click on them and
choose Uninstall (not disable) and then when they are gone, go to Action,
scan for hardware changes. This will force a re-detection of the hardware
and reload the drivers.
