Voting on a locked thread?

I just tested out voting on a locked thread, and it works. :lol: I'd have never guessed it to.

I don't know if this counts as a bug or not, because it's really more like a design decision. But I just thought that I'd let you know in case it isn't meant to be allowed to happen, thus making it an actual bug.

hmmm... good point. Should turn it off in the next version.
