First computer, built it just now, has no data on it, so im *assuming* the files i've burned to an DVD are currupt or missing?

Well, its not the CD because i just burned windows 7 to another one and same result, might it be that the windows 7 i downloaded is currupted?

It's possible, but try using the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to create a bootable flash drive and install 7 from it. The flash drive must be at least 4GB in size.

That error code references a memory address.
