Have two Phaser 780's. One has bad fuser. What parts besides pickup rollers and
memory should I save?

Or as it has a fuser, does it have fuser oil rollers? opc drum kit?
waste kit?

If plausible you could store all the bits that are purchasable for it as
backups for the other machine.
