K7N2 new buld noise on boot

Hi

have just assembled the following:
MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR
AMD Barton XP3200 in
Antec P160 case with
Q-Tec Dual Fan 550 PSU
1GB GeIL PC3200
2 x Seagate Barracuda 160GB
Audigy ZS plat Pro
POV Gforce 6 6800 Ultra

However on initial boot it was fine, showing 29/30 C. Had a problem in that
a mate had attached DVD Rw to IDE 3, sorted that. Now when I switch on all I
get is a high pitch noise...

Any ideas

sounds like the psu to me. try unplugging it from the mains for a minute or
so and double check all connections are made correctly
