Modem not working in Xp- works in win98

Hello

Well does the driver you downloaded support Win XP and also
make sure that you remove all drive for the modem, reboot your
pc and then let win xp try to find the correct driver for it and
if your prompted for driver then use the updated driver that you
downloaded that suports xp
