I just downloaded and installed Theme Generator Power Toy
2.0 so I could try and customize my Pocket PC a bit more.
But when I run the program it gives me an error saying:

C:\Program Files\Theme Generator\SkinApp.eve
A device attached to the system is not functioning

Followed by

The SKINAPP.EXE file is linked to missing export
SHELL32.DLL:SHGetFolderPathA

So I'm not sure what's up. I'm running Windows 98 and it
says that's a supported operating system.

Ideas?

No one has any idea how to get this working on my Win98
computer?

Does anyone have a suggestion of another free theme
generator that will run on Win98?
