I am thinking of getting this. For my soon to be connected ADSL wires only service. Anybody have any thoughts.
I have opted for a "wires only" service. The modem the company supply is Twice the price of the ones I can get elsewhere. Also I want a router as well as a modem and the one I linked to does both cheaper than the £79.99 the company wanted for their modem.
I assume you are talking about the MRI-ADSLR found here . That would probably work for you but you MUST check with your ISP to see if it is compatible. I am also assuming, since you quoted the price in lbs. that you are in England. Here in the U.S. each ISP has there own standard based on how the telco has their DSLAM setup.
I just captured a zoom x3 adsl modem/router/gateway for a total cost of £00.00. Not got the service activated yet so will report on its performance later.
