How do you switch usb ports back on

Hello,
two usb ports on my computer arent working so i cant connect my iphone altogether i have three but i need one for my dongle in order to get on the internet is there anything i can do?

Check in device manager and see if they are disabled through windows.
You can also check in the bios and see if they were disabled in there.
If everything looks to be turned on it's possible the ports are dead.

If dead, just get you a powered usb hub and be done with it.
