KT4AV-L (ms-6712) ram problems

Hi, i just put in 3 new 512mb pc3200 ddr 400 ram into my computer. the
ram is kingston kvr400x64c3a/512. is there any known problems with
this ram and this board? my computer will just restart whenever i try
doing anything that will lag the system. my bsod is different
everytime too. lots of memory dump irql messages, and different errors
most the time. what is the problem, does anyone know
