Im using Toshiba A10 series which is inbuild with Toshiba Software Modem. It
was working properly but I had instralled Nokia blue tooth software.. after
that im not able to make dialup connection , it always shows "Error:676 The
phone line is busy".. but actually not. I was trying again after
uninstralling bluetooth software, reducing modem speed, deselecting 'wait for
dial tone', reinstalling driver... nothing helping me. But im able to send
Fax using the same modem, also i can listen modem tone. any suggessions...

Change the COM port ... sounds like they're both arguing over it.
