K8TM-ILSR does not show fan speed

I have an MSI K8TM-ILSR motherboard inside of Antec Aria case with Zalman
7000B-CuAl CPU fan. Both the CPU fan and the system fan are properly
attached to the motherboard, but BIOS shows both CPU Fan Speed and System
Fan Speed at 0 RPM. What could be wrong here? My BIOS version is 1.4.

It is probably because with larger diameter fans, then they spin slower than
the minimum speed detected by the bios.
I get the same result with a Zalman CPU fan on a MSI k7n2 Delta ILSR.
If the fans are working ok and the system is running cool, then it should be
ok.
