Hello! My webcam have got a built-in microphone and it doesn't work. I'm
using Windows Xp with service pack 2. The camera itself works properly, but
when I go to device manager --> sound, video and game controllers --> and
Logitech Microphone (Zoom). Then I look the device status and it says: " No
drivers are installed for this device". I've got also another microphone
installed. How can I solve this problem? I have already made contact to
logitech support, but they couldn't help....

Does not your camera/mic combo come with a installation disk? Your disk may
have the proper drivers for it; or check the Logitech website support for
your model, and see if they have a downloadable driver.
