Is it true that ALL retail versions of AMD's Athlon 64 cpu's are
locked and can't be overclocked?

I remeber seeing a wed article saying that the FX chips aren't locked, but
that have reffered to review samples.

What about standard 64's? Have you seen anything about that?

I have a Athlon 64 3200+ and you can OC the MHz in you bios or with a
windows based OC utility such as MSI Core Center.
