My windows automatically maximize.

So I just built this computer not too many days ago, installed windows 7 on it (it's the same windows 7 I have always used) and for some reason if I just let a window on my desktop, my Win7 will maximize it to full screen. Of course it may only maximize it when I am using the said window, however it never happened before.

As a side note, I have turned the snap feature off and it didn't help anything. Any suggestions?

Problem fixed, it was the Hauppauge IR software (for the remote).
