MS-6585 hangs on boot, FDC error

It give "Low CMOS battery" and "FDC error"
Battery good and replacing it does not help.

Any way to fix it?

Check the position of the jumper used to CLEAR CMOS. Make sure its in
the correct position.

Dip setting in keep, not clear position.
