When I Insert PCI NET Card and Include My computer, Windows set IRQ as
16(like minimum and 17 like maximum), but IRQ work line is between 0 and
15. What I must do? How I can edit IRQ(how i know XP not support this
function. This function release in Windows 98)? Please Help.
P.S. I don't want installing Windows 98 or others.

What is you problem?

Don't bother changing IRQs in XP.

When using PnP, IRQs seem to be limited between 0 and 15. However, XP
mormally uses ACPI and you get higher IRQs. This is normal and if there is
not problems, do not worry.
