i'm the computer administrator but when i go into a limited account it says i
can't delete anything coz "the files are either protected or not in use".
They sure aren't in use, so how the hell do i delete them?

If you take ownership of the folders/files you can do anything you would
like to them. Right click on the folders in question and select the
"properties"....then select the "security" tab...then "advanced"
button...take ownership.
