Is this the reason why core center will not run?

I have a MSI K8N NEO2 Platinum (MS7025) and AMD64 4000+.
Core center reports: "corecenter does not support your motherboard"
There is no help on MSI support on this problem.
MSI utility Infoview XP reports:

Mainboard
---------------
Manufacturer: Eveshamvale (but this is the computer manufacturer)
Product name: (blank)
Version: (blank)

Where is the above information stored and can it be altered so that i can
enter the MSI details to see if the corecenter will work?

Looks like Eveshamvale have moddified the bios. Does the POST screen show a
fancy Evesham LOGO? That might be the only thing they have changed meaning
you could upgrade the bios to the latest version found on MSI's site. But I
would check with EveshamVale first as there may have tweaked something else
to match a component they have fitted.

John, Yes there was a logo which I have bypassed on boot. They also had
alternative desktops like a shopping desktop. I have already reflashed
from the Pheonix Award site but the Sandra Pro still reports motherboard
manufacturer as Eveshamvale although it has been positively identified as an
MS-7025. Perhaps there is an OEM area of the bios memory.

|
John,

Sorry this was incorrect. I used the MSI Live update to Windows flash the
Pheonix Award bios to version 1.8

But has it actually worked? If corecenter dosn't think you have an MSI
motherboard than neither should liveupdate.

John,

Live update is working just fine.

I think I will give up on trying to run Corecenter.
