865PE Neo2-P IRQ question

Good evening,

I have this mobo running Win98SE and have only one PCI card
installed which is a Sound Blaster live 5.1 in PCI slot 2.

IRQ 11 has realtek RTL8169/8110 family Gigabit Ethernet NIC
and my AGP Nvidia Geforce 4TI among with other controllers.

The Sound Blaster is on IRQ 10 also along with other controllers.

I would like to have the AGP vid card with an IRQ of its own and don't
know how to do it...

I don't use USB at the moment so I thought maybe put the SB in PCI 5
which shares IRQ with USB ?
Don't know if it's a good idea.

If someone had the same mobo or could tell me something about their
PCI/IRQ setup I would very much appreciate it.
