Program will not open within screen

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware (More info?)

I don't know if the letter is correct, (as my XP is in finnish it's r), but
press and release Alt, space, m(or cursor one down), enter, then use
cursor keys to move the window, when seen press enter...
