K8N Neo4 and 12 volt issue ?

I just setup a system using a K8N Neo4 mb and loaded PC Alert 4 to monitor
the system. The 12 V. is showing as 1.98 and system alarms when this app is
running. Any issues with this app ? or suggestions ?
Other settings being reported by PCAlert -
CPU (34c), System (35c), Vcore (1.39), 3.3v (3.17), +5 V (4.97), +12 V
(1.98)

System
K8N Neo4
AMD 3200+
Antec 480W Neo Power
2 GIG Kingston pc3200
Seagate IDE drive
DVD burner
DVD player

Thanks for any suggestions to correct this ...

Actually I just went into the BIOS and looked at what it was reporting, and
all voltages looked fine. Must just be a problem with that app.

Don't use pc-alert4 or whatever revision. on this board.
It reports false or incomplete values.
