K8N Neo2 Platinum Bad USB2 with Win2K

Hi folks,

I cant for the life of me get USB2 devices to work with this mainboard in
Win2K. Every time I try to insatall a USB2 device, I get the following
uninformative message:

Completing the Found New Hardware Wizard
An error occurred during the installation of the device
The data is invalid

I get this same message for cameras, multi-function devices, and phone comm
cables
Note my USB 1.1 devices seem to be OK. Any help will be appreciated.
