Epson C82 blank print

I have a Epson C82 ink jet printer which has been working fine since I
bought it over a year ago. The problem started recently when I changed
the 4 ink cartridges. This is not the first time I've changed ink
cartridges and I don't consider myself a novice, but since the change
I've not been able to print. The printer goes through the motions, I
just get blank pages out. I even bought more ink cartridges thinking
that something may be wrong, (unlikely) with the Epson ink cartridges.
I've put the printer through it's clean cycle so many times with no
improvement. I reloaded the drivers, looked for updates etc.

I would really appreciate some guidance in where to look, and how to
repair this issue. The printer has not been knocked over or kicked. It
just sits in a quiet corner, with limited dust. Any ideas would be great
thanks.
