my cam wont work on msn it used to and now it says that its onsomewhere elce but its not !!! help me please as my laptop is brand new !! :-(

Check if your webcam's activated. Use the software that came pre-installed on your laptop.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM - AND SEVERAL CALLS TO jOHN lEWIS SUPPORT TEAM - AND iM NO FURTHER FORWARD :-(
