Hi,

the sb51g normally has only 100 and 133 FSB. Does anyone have experience
with putting a Pentium 4 with FSB 200 in ? (these CPUs actually are
cheaper at the moment, plus HT comes with them... ;-)

Is there a BIOS update to get it running (probably not) or can I get it
running without too much power loss?

E.g.: I'm getting a 2.4-C P4 with 200 MHz FSB, normally running at 12x.
Will I get this running at the proper speed (2400 MHz) with 133 FSB and
18x multiplier?

Thanks for your help,
Daniel

HT CPU's will only run at half speed in a 400/533 mHz mobo.... so no
don't waste ur money. however i have a 2.4c in a sb65 that is
currently running at 3.2 mhz w/ pc3200 memory setup in bios as pc2100
(and then overclocked).
