shuttle SV24 IRQ problems

Hi all,
When I try to use a D-Link wireless card in my SV24, the computer
hangs or give me BSOD at various times, some which seem random and
some of which are predictible, like when I run a certain
registry-cleaning program. I have used two different models of
wireless card with the same effect.

the hardware manager shows that the card as well as the VIA audio and
USB drivers are all using IRQ3.

Can anybody out there tell me how to force either the PCI slot or the
VIA stuff to use a different IRQ?
