I have successfully install Windows 2000 Professional on it.
But installation of Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 fails.
I have tried many times. No matter Upgrade or New Installation.
It hangs when the small squares under the "Windows XP" logo runs 7~8 times.
I have tried to disable integrated USB, AC97, COM, LPT devices and installing again.
But still cannot install successfully.

Do anyone have the same situation?
Who can help me?

Just off the top of my head, I'd say try a different video card. If that
doesn't work, try some different memory.

I have solved the problem!!
The major reference is http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=885626
I also read many articles from the results of searching "windows xp
service pack 2 sb61g2" in Google.
Rob Chandler also gave me a good reference in helpware.net.
Thanks everybody!
