i have wondows xp pro and just plugged in usb for a biofeedback device. when
i go to the software to run the program i get an error that says the usb
devic eis not found. i greatly would appreciate a response since i use this
program for a disabled child. please email at jeffb@netreach.net. thank you

It sounds like you dont have any drivers installed for the device. That is
what would cause that problem. Make sure you have the drivers installed
