I'm in market for new PC and thinking of Shuttle

Would want to install a Hauppauge TV/PVR card in the
unit

Can you guys help me sp[spec what bare bones Shuttle
unit, what cpu, memory, drives?

Price IS a concern. Like to keep it lowish
