SamSung i600 - Docked Sync Issue

I have a Samsung i600 phone setup to sync to Exchange over the wireless
internet. This all works fine. When I doc the phone, I am getting
CONNMGR_36 errors when the phone is setup for "my pc connects to the
internet. I am also getting an INTERNET_31 error message when I have it
setup for "my pc connects to work". Everything else is syncing fine. When
I am getting the CONNMGR_36 error message, I do a netstat -na on the PC and
it looks like the phone is trying to connect to the outside address of the
Exchange server. Has anyone seen this or do you have a fix? Thanks.
