Had main board failure, replaced and now recieve blue screen

I repaced my main boad and processor as my old 1 died and now windows boots
up to a blue screen with a hardware issue. Help

There is a new MS Knowledge Base article on your situation that offers an
alternative to the Repair Install when the motherboard is replaced. Take a
look here:

As you have replaced the most major piece of hardware in your system you
will, of course, likely have problems. Boot up from the Windows XP CD and
perform a "repair" install. Then go to the Windows Update web site and
reload all current updates.

That article tells you specifically to perform either a repair install while
booting from the XP CD - OR performing an upgrade from within Windows. (-:
