BSOD problem

Hello,
my pc suddenly go BSOD, twice...ive reset my cmos, but it still coming out..the error is this...

BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 00000000
it happens when i shut down the computer....

what is the orror, how to comfirm it nad how to solve it??
please all expert, help me....

do a system repair
boot to a repair disk, or installation disk, after you select your language, click repair in the bottom left corner

there is no problem when booting my pc, just when i shutting it down, suddenly it go BSOD...and it does not happen often, just sometimes....

so i take it you didn't try repairing your PC?

run Memtest and see if your RAM is good

I'd also check your HD and see if its got any flaws too
