Soyo K7V D+ and S3 mode

I tried to use the S3 - mode (STR - suspend to ram) on my Soyo K7V D+
(BIOS 2ba8) but without success. The first boot after wake up from
standby is okay (10 sec.) but the second boot is the same like a
normal boot after power of or reset.
Is there a special BIOS-option or is there a problem with a driver.
The S1 - mode (STD - suspend to disk) is working fine.
Can anybody give mi a hint please?
