I am having trouble getting the black ink to print completely. The color
prints fine but some of the black nozzles are clogged. I have ran the clean
nozzle feture several times but it doesn't do the job. Suggestions on cleaning
the printhead, etc.?

Thanks.

If this is an original fill cartridge, just set the printhead
on a paper towel with warmed distilled water for about
30 minutes.

If you are using refill ink, this might work also:

In a small disposable Tupperwear bowl, pour a small amount of the
refill ink, Just Enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Set the ink
cartridge in the bowl, with the printheads of the cartridge down in
the ink. Let sit for a few hours or longer. Take the cartridge out
of the ink, carefully dab away any excess ink (be especially careful
around the printheads). Insert the cartridge back into the printer
and run the printhead cleaning utility.

Sometimes the wet ink will soften and dissolve the dried ink in the
printhead enough, so that the printhead cleaning software will work.

Good Luck!
