This is my first experience with Soyo. I just purchased the Soyo
SY-KT600 Plus Version 1.0 and I'm looking for any suggestions on DDR.
I'm most likely going with a 512mb stick of PC3200. Are there any
compatibility issues with certain brands or can I simply buy the
"generic" stuff?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I have the same board and have tried Kingston, Patriot, Legacy and
generic (with Samsumg chips) DDR modules. No problems with any of them
(256M and 512M modules).

Soyo motherboard are well known for demanding high quality memory. DO
NOT use cheap memory buy the best you can find. Corsair XMS, Mushkin,
OCZ and Geil have all worked fine for me.
