hi,

i've had some problems with a re-install of win2k onto my system.

p4s dragon ultra
cdrw
dvd-rom

i'm trying to do a clean install of win2k onto my master hd. i've got
it set on master, connected to ide 1.

when i go through the install, it sends me an error saying it cannot
detect a hard drive. however, it clearly is connected, as when i
restart and load up my prior version of win2k, it obviously reads this
off the hd.

when i just try to load up my existing windows, if i've connected a
second hard drive in addition, i then get a message that "ntldr is
missing".

let me know if you need further clarification. am i missing a driver
somewhere? any other solutions? thanks...
