KT600 Dragon Plus V.1 with 2600 Barton CPU, working great. The Soyo HW
Monitor shows CPU temp at 40C and Chassis at 29C.

Question regarding temps as reported by SiSoft Sandra:

Temperature Sensor(s)
Board Temperature : 29.0°C / 84.2°F
CPU Temperature : 40.0°C / 104.0°F
Power / Aux Temperature : 21.0°C / 69.8°F
HD / Aux Temperature : 34.0°C / 93.2°F
PCI / Aux Temperature : 65.0°C / 149.0°F

What the heck is that last listing that's so hot, PCI / AUX?

Could that be the actual die temp?

It is the core temp on mine and is usually only 5 degrees higher than the
external CPU temp.

Thanks. Don't know why it's so hot. I think I did a good job sinking
it... used Artic Silver5. The CPU temp of 40C is good. Maybe the
Barton's run a high die temp.
