I have been getting rebates from MS, Staples, OfficeMax, BestBuy and even a liquor vendor in 6 -8 weeks. If these vendors can get you a rebate in a few weeks, there is no reason why others can't also. I think they all use third party clearing houses, of which there are only a few.
Since SOYOUSA is located in CA, I suggest that we all start bombarding the CA AG with complaints.
