I just installed a new 60 gb hard drive to set up a RAID 1 (mirror) my boot
hard drive of 60gb.
I set it up through the BIOS settings. Everything seemed to go well but I
did not format the
new hard drive. Does the BIOS do that with the initial mirror set up?
(Highpoint HPT372 BIOS configuration utility)

The other thing is with the "RAID Administrator" that runs with Windows.
When I click on View by Devices it
does not show the RAID array present.

How can I tell that I set up the RAID and it is running the way it should?

I'm running Windows XP Pro.
