Question on your post regarding HP Office Jet 6110
My girlfriend has such an HP OfficeJet 6110 All-in-one
printer/scanner/copier, etc.. It has a problem copying documents. It
seems to cut off the edges of an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper when it
copies. Cuts off about 1 inch all the way around. Regular printing is
fine.
Spoke to HP but no solution. They patched me through to India. Was on
the phone for an hour and also had emails back and forth. No luck.
I do not want to change the setting to shrink to 90%. I think a copier
should print the entire page with no cut-off border all the way
around.
Any help appreciated before she returns this device.

I would expect the printer to have physical margins of about 0.25" on the
sides, 0.07" on the top and 0.46" at the bottom. See:

with the unit.
