SY-P4VTE Beeps Twice on boot. Fails Mem -86 test # 7

Board beeps 2 time on boot up but does load windows all the way.
Random crashes in XP Pro Memory related

After running Mem-86 memory fails on test #7 Random access to the
memory.

I have replaced the memory and the motherboard.

Any suggestions?

If it beeps 1 long and 1 short beep the board is overclocked too fast
repeating short beeps indicate power problems
2 short beeps indicate fatal errors found, sorry no more info given
