We have the need to print photos from the 450C in larger sizes (24"+). Our
digitial camera provides adequate resolution at these sizes (300dpi).
However, nearly any photo we print out (from Photoshop or ACDSee) has a high
degree of dithering which makes the photo a bit rough to look at up close.

The plotter supposedly does 300dpi in color, and may in fact be doing that,
but does not provide good photo output (because of this dithering) no matter
what paper and quality settings are used.

Are there any tricks to getting around this, or are we simply stuck with
this because of the age of the plotter?

Thanks in advance,
John
