I have a small home network, 3 wireless PCs sharing a wireless router on
a cable modem. I have made some directories available via sharing, and
then mount them on the other PCs to do file occasional file transfers.
All was working fine, then something happened and I can't reach one of
the PCs.

All 3 talk to the Internet fine. PC1 can ping the other 2, and the
router with no problem. PC's 2 & 3 can ping each other and the router,
but can't find PC1. I've tried turning the firewall off on PC1, but it
didn't help.

All 3 PCs are in the the same Workgroup. I can see all 3 computers in
the "Workgroup Computers" network task. When I try to access PC1 from
PC2 or PC3 via that tool it says that PC1 is not accessible.

I've played with network settings, firewall settings, etc. but nothing
has allowed me to access PC1 from anywhere else on the network.

Any ideas on things to try?
