He's talking about the number of games which don't work because of a)
incomplete dumps, b) not finished emulation, c) wrong dumps.

GameEx is just a launcher for people who run multiple emulators on PC in a
cabinet. Runs under 2000/XP IIRC, and will run command-line MAME as well as
MAME32.

You are still missing the point. Gamex does not play ANY ROMs, the
emulators do.
