Hi
I have an HP Laserjet 2500D (has built in duplex unit).
When I print a multiple page document, if I want to use the duplex facility
to print on both sides of the sheet, I have to manually select "print on
both sides" from the finishing tab of the printer properties.
This is very tedious to do each time.
In MS Word, is there a way to have the doc automatically print to both
sides, when there's more than one page?
Between the options available from the printer (driver) properties and the
printing options from the page setup properties within Word, I am not sure
how to set these to get the auto duplexing I'm after.
When I first got the printer I managed to get it to print on both sides on
every document. But when there was only page to print in the doc - the
re-feeding of the sheet to print a non existent page 2 needlessly doubled
the printing time and became a real pain. So I went back to manual selection
of both sided printing.
