it's a great way to rule the world, but it's expensive and time consuming...I mean a kid for every country....there are way too many countries in Africa.....and South America...come to think of it, North America and Australia are the only continents that you'll have an easier time of filling. (maybe Antarctica as well, but who the hell wants to send one of their kids up there?)
