I logged in as administrator, installed the printer, looked at the driver,
did a test print. I then Logged in as the user, told him he now has a
printer that can print both sides, went to Printing Defaults to show him how
to select it and the options are GREYED OUT!!!!

This was a Windows NT4 box.

Am I missing something, or is it really the case that only adminstrators can
print on both sides??
