Figured I'd post some of these, both to get my own answers as well as to provide some answers I have found. This one I have struck out on so far:

1.a The program sdclt.exe version 6.1.7600.16385 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
Process ID: d0c

1.b The program sdclt.exe version 6.1.7600.16385 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
Process ID: 860 ....associated w/ Windows backup

Other than finding out that this is related to Windows Backup, I haven't been able to accomplish anything. Starting Windows backup gives a "please wait while Windows Backup starts", and 20 minutes later still waiting.

Any help appreciated.

Figured I'd post some of these, both to get my own answers as well as to provide some answers I have found. Here's a fix :

1.a The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device Root\SIDESHOW\0001.

1.b The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device Root\SIDESHOW\0000.

To fix this go into the LCD manager for the G15 and UNCHECK left and right boxes for the 2 sideshow apps (mono and QVGA). Win 7 is incompatible with those apps.

Figured I'd post some of these, both to get my own answers as well as to provide some answers I have found. I usually wait for SP3 before using a new OS (but I'm thinking of WIn7 as Vista SP3) so I usually don't have to deal with many of these. Someone else bled through it and found a solution usually by the time I'm jumping in. This one I have struck out on so far:

1.a The driver \Driver\ULCDRHlp failed to load for the device
IDE\CdRomPLEXTOR_BDDVDR_PX-B320SA________________1.02____\5&5c6cfd6&0&1.0.0.

1.b \SystemRoot\SysWow64\Drivers\ULCDRHlp.sys has been blocked from loading due to
incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a
compatible version of the driver.

Both of these apparently have something to do with the Plextor Utilities that come with the 320AS. If anyone finds a solution please advise.

Figured I'd post some of these, both to get my own answers as well as to provide some answers I have found. This one I have struck out on so far:

The NVIDIA Display Driver Service service has reported an invalid current state 32.

Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

From my research so far, this is related to one of the following:

a) a bigaboo in the latest driver which nVidia is promising an upcoming fix.

b) the fact that the vid card is getting power from 2 different rails and voltage may vary slightly between the two....solution is to chnage rails for the 2nd connector.....going to try that as soon as I figure out which modular connector is on what rail.

Any solutions, please advise.
