xp installs two printers one is (copy)

xp installed two of the same printer. one is named COPY (it works) the outher
is allways in the DELETING mode but will never delet.

Delete the one that does not work by highlighting and pressing the Delete
key..
If desired, rename the printer that does work by right clicking and choosing
the option to rename.

You could also try starting the PC in Safe Mode (hit F8 a few times as the PC
starts to boot to do this, then choose "Safe Mode" from the list, answering
"Yes" to any questions), and then delete the unused icon.

When done, simply reboot as normal.
